Frequently Asked Questions

Who can participate as a community exhibitor?

Any business, community group, religious organization or nonprofit organization that has information and/or experiences to share with Festival attendees at no cost to the consumer.  Exhibitors who exemplify their Corporate Social Responsibility and/or Diversity and Inclusion values are highly desired.

Is there a separate exhibitor application for World Refugee Day?

No. World Refugee Day is on June 17, 2023 at the City Foundry and Alamo Drafthouse. Applicants may confirm their interest in exhibiting at that event within the Festival of Nations application.

By applying, am I officially a Festival of Nations exhibitor?

All applications must be approved by Festival organizers. Once approved, exhibitors will receive a Festival contract and an invoice for 25% of exhibitor fee.

How much does it cost to participate?

The total cost to exhibitors ranges from $750 to $5,500, depending on the type of organization (nonprofit, new entrepreneur or licensed business) and date of application. Details are defined in the full application.

How much do I owe today to apply as an exhibitor?

You will immediately pay a $25 fee with your application. Additional fees charged upon application acceptance and following the Festival of Nations.

Are there any discounted prices or special rates for exhibitors?

Yes! We are offering discounted exhibitor fees to nonprofits and new entrepreneurs, defined as someone who has been in business for less than one year, as of August 31, 2022.

There are also special rates for the first 10 approved applicants on a first-come, first-serve basis. Once sold out, the standard rate will be in effect until July 21. Last chance rates are available July 21 – August 4. Details are defined in the full application.

How much space is available for exhibitors?

Booth sizes range from 10x10 to 10x20 feet. Pricing will reflect the space allotment. Details are defined in the full application.

Can I pay my application and vendor fees by cash or check?

No. All fees will be paid electronically by credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Cash App. Application fees will be requested and paid within the application itself.

Are there opportunities to showcase my business beyond participating in the Community Exhibition?

Yes! We have a variety of sponsorship and partnership opportunities available. Please contact the Festival of Nations sponsorship lead, Larry Weil, for more information.

When is the deadline to apply as an exhibitor?

The application deadline is July 21, 2023 for the best possible chance of consideration. There are special rates for early applicants. Last chance pricing goes into effect July 21–August 4 but allotted slots are not guaranteed.
